114 HUFF SEMINAR ROOM AV INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions for use of the AV system in 114 Huff Seminar Room

AV Control Touch Panel At Back of Room

  • Best results will be achieved by using the provided laptop.
    • Laptop should be connected by a VGA cable from the wall and VGA/HDMI adapter at the laptop. 
    • Make sure to connect audio cable from the adapter to the laptop.
  • Touch Screen to begin.
    • Projector will start.
    • Touch panel will indicate that the system is "making changes," and once complete, other menu selections can be made.
  • "Wall Box VGA" will show as the selected input.
  • Volume control, Audio Mute, and Picture Mute (eyeball) functions are all available on this screen.
  • Microphone levels are on the "Volume Controls" menu, selected in the upper right corner.  Exit volume control menu by touching another area of the screen.
  • When finished, touch System Off button at bottom center of the screen, and confirm by pressing Shutdown on next menu.

  • Projection Screen is controlled by push button panel to the left of the whiteboard.
