114 HUFF SEMINAR ROOM AV INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions for use of the AV system in 114 Huff Seminar Room
AV Control Touch Panel At Back of Room
- Best results will be achieved by using the provided laptop.
- Laptop should be connected by a VGA cable from the wall and VGA/HDMI adapter at the laptop.
- Make sure to connect audio cable from the adapter to the laptop.
- Touch Screen to begin.
- Projector will start.
- Touch panel will indicate that the system is "making changes," and once complete, other menu selections can be made.
- "Wall Box VGA" will show as the selected input.
- Volume control, Audio Mute, and Picture Mute (eyeball) functions are all available on this screen.
- Microphone levels are on the "Volume Controls" menu, selected in the upper right corner. Exit volume control menu by touching another area of the screen.
- When finished, touch System Off button at bottom center of the screen, and confirm by pressing Shutdown on next menu.
- Projection Screen is controlled by push button panel to the left of the whiteboard.
