Need to Update the Directory?
To request changes to the directory, please email web@ahs.illinois.edu, with the subject line 'Directory Updates'
When submitting your request, be sure to include:
- A detailed description of what you’d like to change or add
- The relevant department or unit
- Any relevant files (e.g., photos, attachments, documents)
- Links or references, if applicable
- For multiple updates, please clearly indicate which details correspond to each change
Illinois Experts Updates
The Web Team now has access to update faculty profiles in Illinois Experts. Please note: All tenure-system faculty on the Urbana-Champaign campus are included in Illinois Experts. Profiles for new faculty are created soon after their appointments are recorded in the University’s HR system (Banner).
While our editing capabilities are limited to the functions available within the Illinois Experts system, we can assist with updating a variety of profile information, including:
- Links
- Biography
- Research Interests and Labs
- Creative/Performing Interests
- Academic Service
- Previous Positions
- Education
- Teaching
- Grants
- External Positions
- And more
Requesting Profile Updates
To request changes to your Illinois Experts profile, please submit a ticket to web@ahs.illinois.edu and include details about the information you would like added, updated, or removed. Please note that updates may not appear immediately, as there can be a brief delay while directory information synchronizes with Illinois Experts.
