How to Renew Your University Adobe Creative Cloud License

This article guides university employees through the step-by-step process of renewing their free, annual Adobe Creative Cloud license.

Adobe Creative Cloud (which includes Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and the rest of the Creative Cloud suite) is available at no cost to eligible employees, but must be renewed once a year.

  • ⚠️ Important: The 2-Hour Rule: Once you complete the renewal steps below, it takes up to 2 hours for Adobe to activate your account. If you try to log in before 2 hours have passed, your license will still show as expired.
