Letter from the Director
I am thrilled to address you in this year's annual report, reflecting on the remarkable journey we have embarked upon as IT Partners @ AHS. Reflecting on the past year's accomplishments, I am filled with immense excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to join this vibrant community.
From the moment I joined the College of Applied Health Sciences, it became evident that the enthusiasm within our team had the power to produce extraordinary results. The collaborative spirit that permeates our college has allowed us to achieve new heights and create meaningful connections with other academic units.
One of the significant achievements worth celebrating is the successful integration of IT Partners @ AHS with Gies College of Business and the College of Education. This strategic collaboration has strengthened our collective capabilities and fostered a culture of knowledge exchange and innovation. Through this initiative, we have collectively tackled challenges and harnessed the power of shared expertise to enhance the overall IT landscape across our academic communities.
In addition to fostering new collaborations, we have expanded our team to drive our mission forward further. I am delighted to announce the addition of a new director, three full-time employees, and an intern through the IT Intern Collaborative Program. These talented individuals bring diverse skills and perspectives, contributing to the richness of our collective knowledge and expertise.
Recognizing the importance of an efficient student-employee workforce, we have comprehensively revamped our approach. This overhaul has resulted in a marked improvement in our help desk ticket response and resolution rates. Our commitment to timely and effective support to the College of Applied Health Sciences community remains unwavering.
As we continue to chart our course for the future, I am inspired by the dedication and passion each IT Partners @ AHS member brings. Together, we have not only overcome challenges but have also embraced opportunities for growth and collaboration. The success of our endeavors stands as a testament to the incredible things that can be achieved when enthusiasm is at the forefront of our efforts.
