Letter from the Senior Director
As 2024 comes to a close, I’d like to share some of the remarkable progress IT Partners @ AHS have made. It’s been a year of innovation and growth, and I’m excited to show you how we’re helping faculty, staff, researchers, and learners achieve their goals in this year’s annual report.
Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve accomplished this year:
- Improved Help Desk ticket resolution rate: Our current year’s ticket resolution rate increased by 40%. Faster resolution times mean that issues get resolved quickly, leading to higher satisfaction. Also, efficient ticket resolution frees staff to focus on other essential tasks.
- 100% of IT Partners staff participated in professional development: The staff reported active participation in existing leadership training programs, workshops, seminars, collaborative campus initiatives, and mentorship programs. Also, this summer, we had our first strategic planning retreat. Also, our Senior Director presented at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference and was the recognized keynote speaker at the local IT Professionals Forum event.
- Technology Upgrades and Migration to Campus Solutions: Upgraded technology in multiple classrooms and administrative spaces and migrated survey tools and digital signage to new campus service.
Looking ahead to 2025, we’re more committed than ever to supporting educators, researchers, and learners with accessible, scalable solutions.
