256 SHS - Speech and Hearing Science Building Classroom AV Instructions

This is a College of AHS-supported classroom. Support requests can be submitted via email to helpdesk@ahs.illinois.edu or via phone to 217-333-2113

Technology available in this room:

  • IT Partners @ AHS provided laptop
  • Display with HDMI input
  • Kramer VIA wireless projection
  • In-room speaker system
  • Hybrid meeting equipment (Logitech conference cam and room microphone)

Using the equipment in this room:

  • Start the AV system by pressing "Start" on the touch panel
  • Wait for the projector to start up then choose Wireless or Laptop/Conference
  • Shut down the display using the Exit button on top right of the the touch panel before leaving the room
