3015 Huff Conference Room AV Instructions

Instructions for use of the AV system in 3015 Huff, including Windows sound configuration for video meetings.

  • These instructions presume your use of the resident Windows PC, which is recommended.
  • System is controlled by touch panel on top of credenza.
  • Push button below touch screen to activate.
  • Select “Presentation Mode.”
  • Select “Aux Sources” then “Aux PC.”
  • Audio is muted by default.  Select “MUTED” to un-mute (should go from Red to Blue).
  • Wireless keyboard and mouse should be active - if not, check their power switches.
  • If PC does not appear to be turned on, check its power button, top front of PC, which is in the left-most cabinet.
  • Log in to PC with your own NetID and password.
  • ***When finished, Log out of Windows, but leave PC turned on.
  • PLEASE shut down the AV system by activating the touch screen, select EXIT (lower right corner), and confirm YES Continue to shut down the system.

 Audio Settings for Zoom, Teams, etc:

  • Speaker should be set to “Speakers/Headphones (Realtek Audio).”
  • Microphone should be set to “USB Audio Codec.”

Do not disconnect any components or change any settings in the rack. 

Do not attempt to use any controls directly on the displays.
