Adding My Templates App to New Version of Outlook as a Replacement for Quick Parts
Microsoft has removed the quick parts tool in the new Outlook version which previously existed in the classic version. To regain this functionality, it is recommended to install the Outlook app add-in called My Templates. The My Templates app offers similarity to quick parts.
To install My Templates, follow these steps:
- Go to side pane and click on the latest icon "More apps".
- Click on Add app.
- In the search bar Search for "My Templates", this add-in is provided by Microsoft and install it.
- After installing, Compose a new mail, you will find a new button called "My Templates".
