Troubleshooting the "VPN Required" Error in TEM
This page is intended for Extension staff to troubleshoot an error. Occasionally TEM will deny access with a "VPN Required" error. This may occur despite 1) working at an Extension office and having network connectivity or 2) working from home and using Cisco VPN for network connectivity.
This will open a prompt as seen below in Chrome:In Firefox browser, you will see the following prompt:
2. Select "All Time" or "Everything" for Time Range. Check "Cached images and files", "Cookies" and then click the "Clear data" or "OK" button.
3. Exit your browser completely closing all open tabs.
4. Reopen your browser.5. TEM should resume functioning as normal.
