Disable the Online Meeting being added to every Outlook appointment
This article will give directions on disabling Outlook from adding a Teams meeting to every appointment
If Outlook is adding a Teams meeting to every new appointment, you can disable this functionality.
At the top of the Inbox, click on File
Choose Options on the left menu, most likely near the bottom of the list.
In the Options screen, select Calendar on the left to bring up the Calendar settings.
In the Calendar settings, look for Add Online Meeting to All Meetings. Uncheck this option. Click OK to save and return to Outlook
