How to view the Owner of a Box shared folder

This article demonstrates how to view ownership of a Box shared folder.
  1. Navigate to Box at https://uofi.account.box.com/

  2. Click Continue.
    1. If prompted, select University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

    2. Sign in using your university email address and password.

    3. If prompted, approve the DUO 2-Factor authentication.

  3. Select the folder you want to find the Owner of. The folder's contents will display in the central panel, and a Sharing and Details panel will display on the right side of the window.


  4. Find the Owner in the list below the Sharing and Details section on the right side.
