If a Gies instructor or staff member wants to use a specific application or subscription service that is not already available in WebStore (Unit Purchases) or as part of our core suite of provided software, their department must fill out the New Software Request form and follow the process as directed by UI Purchasing.

Once the software has passed a GRC review and an accessibility review, it will be approved for purchase.
