ClassTech, Training Request

Instructors can schedule a meeting with Technology Services to review the audiovisual technology and capabilities in General Assignment (GA) classrooms. This informational meeting will cover the basics of using the A/V system for instruction, and will be tailored specifically for your needs and how you plan on presenting your class materials.

Submitting a Classroom Technologies Training Request

To request a classroom A/V training session, fill out the Classroom Technologies Training Request form.

You will receive a confirmation of your appointment within a business day of the IT Service Desk receiving and processing your request.

Scheduling

You must fill out the Classroom Technologies Training Request form at least two business days in advance of when you are available for a training session, or FSL may not be able to reserve the classroom in time.

Note: Classroom Technologies Training Request hours differ from the general IT Service Desk hours. Classroom Training sessions can only be scheduled between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays, and will not be performed on weekends.
