A/V Guide

To use the A/V in this room, please pull up the A/V panel on the conference desk: 



To begin, press 'System On'.

There are 2 options to present: 

• Select Room PC, if presenting through the resident computer (enter your UIUC logon credentials) 
• Select Laptop, if connecting your laptop to the HDMI or VGA cable in the same space as the panel.

  When you are done using the conference room, please turn the system off!
