Quick doc that explains how to install BA3 for CEE Business Office staff
BA3 Installer:
https://ba.engr.illinois.edu/custom/psdeploy/ba3setup.exe
CEE Profile Installer:
Install both BA3 and the CEE profile. Also, if this is a new machine, you'll need to install the latest Microsoft database driver.

Instructions to install the MS database driver:
Download the new database driver ("Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client - QFE") from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50402.
1. Click on the Download button.
2. Select the x64 option ("Choose the download you want" ... select ENU\x64\sqlncli.msi) and click next.
3. Run the installer.
