Use and Reservations

Conference room reservations are on the calendars in Outlook. Siebel Center conference rooms may only be reserved by CS faculty, and staff. CS staff and grad students can check room availability via the Exchange calendar, and reservations should be made through a faculty support person.

Conference rooms with phone extensions can only dial locally. If you would like to make a long distance call, a support staff member will need to initiate a teleconference, schedule econferencing, or transfer the other party to the conference room line. Conference phones are available for checkout in the administrative office. (Phone lines are generally active in smaller rooms because they have better acoustics than large rooms.)

Use of conference rooms after 4:30 p.m. and on weekends will require a valid ID with elock privileges.

Failure to clean up a conference room, including food and drink, may result in a loss of access.
