Gradrecs: Can you explain the transcript process?

Student upload their unofficially transcripts into GradApps, which will appear in GradRecords under the application tab. The official transcripts are only submitted to the Graduate College when the student arrives in August. Graduate College records what is required in Banner.

Some departments may upload the official transcripts if they receive them and will either upload them in the GradApps system before the student starts or in GradRecords under the application tab.
