Because there is no institutional source for who supervises whom, we are never able to import actual supervisors when doing an appointments import. So we set the supervisor as a top level administrator or the HR person in the unit we’re doing the import for. They can update the supervisors within the app. To do so:
Go to the Reappointment Status page to view all current appointments.
Click on each employee’s name.
Click the “change supervisor” link in the “Supervisor and Submission Details” table.
Update appropriately and hit the “Change” button.
