TimeTracker: What can I do for an employee is unable to submit time due to previous timesheets open for the position?

If the timesheet hasn’t been submitted the employee may reset the timesheets by removing the logged hours. To do so, the employee should click on the logged hours, a dropdown box will appear, the employee should then choose delete. Once all the hours are deleted from the timesheet it will revert to a “not started” state and she should be able to submit her current timesheet.
