Room Preventative Maintenance Documentation
  • Check and verify that room instructions are accurate and work properly
  • Verify that any schematic drawings are still accurate for the system
  • The following documents should be present for each room:
    • Original Word Doc instruction sheet (private)
    • Accessible PDF instruction sheet (public)
    • Current control program/source code (private)
    • Current system schematic drawing (private)
    • Current hardware configuration profiles (private)
  • The following documents are optional for each room
    • Architectural (floor plans, reversed/reflected ceiling plans) drawings and elevations (private)
    • Previous project document archives (private)
