Illinois Confluence Cloud - First time login

Access to the new wiki site is provided only to Faculty and Staff in the Grainger College of Engineering. If you are Staff/Faculty, please follow the instructions below to access the new Illinois Confluence instance.

Logging in

1. On the Illinois Confluence Cloud homepage, click on the Sign In icon on the top right of the page.

2. Once you are on the Confluence login page, select Continue with Microsoft.

3. You will be redirected to log in with a Microsoft Account. Use your Illinois email. Hit next and enter your password.

4. Once you are logged in, you will be greeted with the spaces you have access to.

Q. Confluence says I have logged in with XYZ account before. Do I use that login?

A. You are free to use your preferred platform, but for best experience please use the Microsoft option.

Q. Confluence is asking that I sign up with my email instead of logging in, what do I do?

A. Only Faculty and Staff have access to the new cloud instance of the wiki. If you are Faculty/Staff and are receiving this error, please contact us at engrit-help@illinois.edu.
