Check that room photos exist and accurately portray the current state of the room
Try to ensure that nothing that doesn't belong permanently in the room is captured in the room photos
ie, preventative maintenance tools and supplies, temporary hardware, or other items not normally in the room
Room and equipment pictured should be tidy and free from obvious dust or dirt
Each room should have the following photos available:
Room Front - wide shot from the rear of the room showing the "front" of the room as well as general layout and seating; system should be on for this photo
Room Rear - wide shot from the front of the room showing the "rear" of the room as well as general layout and seating; system should be on for this photo
Lectern Open - shot of the lectern area, if applicable, with any doors and drawers open and ready for use; system should be one during this photo
Lectern Closed - shot of the lectern area, if applicable, with and doors and drawers closed, cables wrapped up neatly; generally a picture of how the lectern should be left when not in use; system should be off during this photo
Close ups - close up photos of the following items should be included for each of the items included in the system
Control Panels - any control panels should have a closeup; system should be on during this photo
Input Panels - any input panels should have a close up photo showing the individual input connections
Racks - all racks should have a close up photo showing the hardware located in that rack; tall racks may require 2 closeups (top-half/bottom-half); system should be on for this photo
Projectors - projectors should have close ups
Projector/Ceiling mounted equipment - any equipment mounted above the projector or in/on the ceiling should have a close up
