ATLAS FormBuilder - How to Add a Form

This document will explain how to create/add a new form in the ATLAS FormBuilder application.

Step 1- Navigate to your Form Group Home and click Forms.

Navigate to your Form Group Home and click Forms


Step 2 - Select "+ Add New Form" 

Select +Add New Form


Step 3 - Name your new form by typing in the Form Name* text box. Click 'Save' to finalize the form name

If you choose to 'Save', you will be redirected to the form dashboard.     

If you choose to "Save," you will be redirected to the form dashboard.


You are now ready to edit your new form.
