This document shows how to add a form group administrator in FormBuilder.

A form group administrator has permissions to create new forms, edit existing forms, and add new people to the form group.
To access FormBuilder, proceed to this link:
For a video tutorial on how to add an administrator to a form group, check out:

Step 1 - From anywhere within your form group, click the hamburger menu icon at the top left corner of the page to open the navigation drawer.

Step 2 - Within the navigation drawer, click on the Administrators option.

Step 3 - On the Administrators page, type the desired NetID or Group Name into the box provided below the chart.

A red warning icon will appear to the left of the entered name, if the NetID or Group Name has been entered incorrectly or does not exist.

Step 4 - Specify the user's organization (UIUC, System Offices, UIC, or UIS) using the drop-down menu.

Step 5 - Click the green "+" button or press the Return key to add the entered user.

Upon successful addition, there will be a small temporary notification at the bottom of the window displaying the email of the user that has been added.

You should now see your added user in the table of administrators.
