ATLAS FormBuilder - Switching a Form Between Active & Inactive States
For a video tutorial, check out:
All forms exist in either an active or inactive state. Active forms can be accessed and progressed from the survey view as normal, whereas inactive forms do not allow access to their survey views by any user. However, any routing triggers that execute automatically will still be able to execute on an inactive form, as long as their conditions are met.
Inactive forms are also hidden from a form group's list of forms by default, unless the "Show Inactive Forms" checkbox is checked.
If you wish to switch your form between the active and inactive states, either to disable a form or re-enable an inactive one...
Step 1 - Navigate to your form's dashboard and click Manage inside the "Form Properties" section.
Step 2 - Once on the "Properties" page, locate the Active field under the "General" tab. Checking this field's checkbox will set the form to an active state, while leaving it unchecked will set it as inactive.
Step 3 - Once you are finished making modifications, click the green Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Your form's updated active state will now be reflected!
