Event Attendance - How to Run Reports on an Event (For Students)

This tutorial will walk you through how to run a report on an event.

This document will show you how to run a report on an event's attendance if you are a student.

1.)  Navigate to the Run Reports tab. On this page you can choose from which year to display events. Find the event you want a report for and click on it.

2.) On this page you can select which information you want included in the report. There are options for both attendee information and event information. There is a green 'Select All' button to choose all of the possible options. Once you've selected the options, click on the green 'Next' button.

3.) Here you will see all the options you selected listed out. You can change the order in which the information is displayed by clicking and dragging the symbols on the right column. You can also change the order by clicking on the up and down buttons on the left column.

4.) Now select the file type for the report. The options are either an Excel or CSV file. Once you've chosen, click on the green 'Run Report' button.

5.) A new window will drop down with the option to save the report file on your computer. Here you change the file name and move it to wherever you want it saved on your computer. Then click on the 'Save' button.

6.) You will know you successfully ran a report when you see a blue button appear on your screen that says, 'Report Complete - Return to Reports List.'

7.) You can find the file on your computer. If it is an Excel file, it should look like this:
