Detailed below are the instructions on how to block off a room using the ATLAS Scheduler app. These instructions are for users who have been granted administrator access to the app. If you have been granted admin access and you follow these instructions, but it seems like options are missing or that the app isn’t working, it may be a technical issue. Email ATLAS at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional support if the guidelines below don’t answer your question(s).
Click Login and login to Scheduler using your AD Login/Password.
Next: Hover over the “Administration” tab in the upper left-hand corner and click “Calendars”.
Click “Manage Calendars”.
Locate the calendar corresponding to the closed room. Click “Calendar Closings” on the right.
Click “Add New Room Closing”.
Fill in a Closing Title and brief description.
Indicate the start date, start time, and end time of the closing.
If the room will be closed on a regular basis select the Recurring check box.
Type or use the calendar to indicate the end date of the reoccurrence.
Specify how often the closing will reoccur.
For a weekly reoccurrence, select check boxes on the days that the room will be CLOSED.
Click “Insert Closing Time”.
