ATLAS FormBuilder - Export form response data as PDF

After your form has many responses or you need an external copy of those responses, it may be necessary to keep a record of those responses somewhere other than the FormBuilder database.  Downloading the response data from your form into a .pdf document is a quick way to help you do that.  

1.) Navigate to your form's Dashboard.  Click on 'Export Data' beneath the 'Response Data' heading.

2.) Select 'Export Responses...' under the 'PDF Export' tab.

3.) Specify the period and phases you would like your report to reflect.  Select 'Download Report' to generate the requested .pdf document.

NOTE: You can learn more about the options by navigating over the gray question mark icons beside them.

4.) If successful, you should be able to open the .pdf document by opening the download pop-up.  NOTE:  This may look different depending on your browser or machine.  

5.) Here is an example of a .pdf report of form responses.  Again, the appearance of the file might vary depending on the machine or application you are using to view it.
