ATLAS FormBuilder - How to Change Form URL

This tutorial will walk you through the steps of changing the URL/Link to your form

Step 1 – Navigate to your form 'Dashboard'

Step 2 – Select ‘Manage’ form Properties

Select ‘Manage’ Form Properties


Step 3 – Edit the text in the box labeled ‘URL Form Name.’ Remember to click to green ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page

Navigate back to your form dashboard and click ‘Copy Client URL’ to see the new form link
