ATLAS Time Card - How To View Your Own Time Entries

This tutorial will walk you through the different ways to view your time entries.

1.) Navigate to the Time Tracking tab and click on the green 'View My Time Entries' button.

2.) First select the pay period you want to view time entries for from the drop down menu. Then click on the blue 'Select Pay Period' button.

3.)  The first view you'll be able to see is the 'Totals Approval.' Here you will be able to see the total hours for each week as well as the Pay Period total.
If the hours have been approved, there will be a check mark on the right side and the boxes will be highlighted green.
If you have more than one position, you can also see your hours separated by position.

4.) You can also click the blue 'Expand To Display Daily Totals.' Here you can see the hours logged each day in addition to the totals.

5.) You can also click the link for the 'Detailed View.' Here you can see the exact times of clocking in and out and the exact amount of time logged.
