2.) You will be brought to the Totals Report page. Here you can select the filters for your report. You will have to select the Group, Position, Pay Period, Pay Period Approval Status, and whether you want approved and/or unapproved hours to be displayed.
Once you have selected the filters, click the dark blue 'Get Report' button.
3.) Scroll down to the Totals Report. Here you can see the hour totals for the selected pay period. You also have the option to export the report into an Excel file. To do so, click the gray 'Export to Excel' button.
4.) A window should pop up to save the file. You can edit the name of the file and choose where you want to save it. Then click 'Save.'
5.) When you open the Excel file, the categories should be listed out in the first row with the employee, their information, and their hours below.
