ATLAS Time Card - How to Edit or Delete Time Entries

Occasionally, an employee will forget to clock in or forget to clock and will need their time entry to be edited by a Unit Group Manager with Edit permissions. This tutorial walks you through how to edit an existing time entry.
To watch a tutorial on how to edit or delete time entries, check out:

1.) Navigate to the Time Card Approvals tab and choose the filters for the Time Entries you want to edit. Then click 'Apply Filters.'

2.) Scroll down to see the time entries and click on 'Detailed View.'

3.) In the time entry you want to edit, go to the Time In and Time Out sections and make the adjustments for the hours.

If an employee never clocked in or clocked out for a shit, note that you can also add time entries. See the tutorial for that here: ATLAS Time Card - How to Add a Time Entry

4.) The changes you make will be outlined in blue. Click the blue 'Save Change' button when you're done.

5.) On this page you also have the option to delete entries. You can do this by clicking the red 'Delete Time Entry' button to the right of an entry.

6.) To approve the newly updated hours, you can go back to the 'Totals Approval' tab and click the checkbox on the right side. The approved entries should be highlighted green.
