Vetstar - Remove Record Locks

If a record is locked up or frozen and function is not allowed do the following:

Unlock from within Vetstar

  1. Type freelock in the command line of Vetstar and enter

End Open Sessions

  1. Log off of Vetstar and log back in but select "e" to end open Vetstar or VADDS session.
  2. Log back in and see if the lock is cleared
**A close of all applications and shutdown/reboot of the PC with the lock can also be done if needed.
