Vetstar Error: This staff member may not serve in this role

This error, typically seen when adding charges, usually indicates an issue with the Operator/doctor setup. It usually means that the charges were put in under someone who is not a faculty member and their code is not setup to allow them to be a supervisor (intern/resident).
  1. Check the charges and if they are under a non-faculty member please add the charges to the correct faulty member.
  2. If the charges are under a faculty member and you are still getting this error please make note of the MR, faculty member attached to the charges and send a ticket to Vetstar-help@vetmed.illinois.edu
