How to get support when there are issues with items not transferring from Cubex to Vetstar
1. If results are not getting to Vetstar check with Cubex. (There would be nothing in Vetstar to check at this point.)
2. If Cubex support sees errors or feels something needs to be investigated on the Vetstar side, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then investigate and engage the ATC (Vetstar Vendor) when needed.
