SANDI - Click to call within client info box on the Dashboard
How to use Click-to-Call from the SANDI Dashboard
1. From the Patient Dashboard
2. Select the phone number in SANDI (Under the Client Information box on the Dashboard)
3. Select Call to initiate dialing.
How to set Teams as your default calling application
1. From the Patient Dashboard
1. Select the phone number in SANDI (Under the Client Information box on the Dashboard)
2. Select the check box beside Always allow sandi-his-xxx………
3. Select Open Microsoft Teams
4. When prompted, to select a different application, select Microsoft Teams and check the box beside Always use this app
5. Select OK
3. Select Call to initiate dialing.
Note: After initial setup you will only need to select Call when using click to call.
Troubleshooting
How to manually set Teams as your default calling App if it does not automatically pop up as demonstrated above.
- On your PC Select Start (box icon)
- Type, Default Apps
- Select Default apps
- Scroll down and select Choose default apps by protocol
- Scroll down until you see TEL (URL:tel) and Select it
- Choose Microsoft Teams from the list
