How to resubmit a test on the NOVA Prim Plus Vet
The following instructions explain how to resend results from the Nova Prim Plus Vet.
Ensure you are logged into the Nova and complete the following steps:
- Click on the Magnifying glass icon to open previously sent results
- Select the results and then click the magnifying glass at the bottom to open the result details
- Click the communicate button at the bottom (to the left of the printer)
- It will turn grey while it is communicating
- It will turn back to blue when it is done.
NOTE: If communication stops, and results are not going into Vestar, the MIDAS service should be restarted on the MIDAS PC.
