SANDI - How do I add forms like Case Transfer Summary, Outpatient Discharge Summary, etc.?
New forms should be created via the Add button in Exams and Forms so that they are labeled correcting in the Patient record. Below are creation instructions.
1. Navigate to Exams and Forms
2. Select Add
3. Scroll to the Form you want to use, in our example Case Transfer Summary and select it.
4. Select Submit
5. Complete the form as normal and save/verify.
6. The new form will appear in the Exams & Forms list with the proper Description, Case Transfer Summary, as shown below.
