SANDI Procedure Package Creation/Modification Request
The following article outlines how to request new procedure packages as well as changes to existing packages. (Please note that Prrocedure Packages are also used for Estimates.)
The attached spreadsheet should be completed and emailed to email@example.com for any creation or modification of packages.
- The first tab, CompleteThisSheet, is where you should enter all data pertaining to your request.
- The second tab, Example, shows two completed requests for reference.
Below is a picture of packages being applied in charges. There are explanations below to help you fill out the ProcedurePackageRequestSheet
Quantity - The default quantity is 1. You can specify a different qty in the spreadsheet.
Auto Checked - This will automatically check the item for use. Specify yes for this in the spreadsheet if it will always be used. Leave blank for items that you want to appear in the package list but want to choose to be included in the charges.
Expand - These are items that have another item attached to them automatically. They will always be attached and cannot be changed within packages.
