NetID Center, "User not found in Midpoint" error when changing password

When trying to change your password at (, you receive the error "User not found in Midpoint".

Please ensure that you are typing your NetID only, rather than Please also ensure that you are entering your NetID with no capital letters. If resetting your password on a phone or other mobile device, it may auto-capitalize the first letter, leading to the error.
