Who is eligible for the DreamSpark offers?
(This program is currently being rebranded as Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. Please check back for updated details.)
The Microsoft Imagine formerly DreamSpark Premium program is open to any Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics department. Departments must enroll in the program and the software is distributed via the WebStore. Current departments that have done this include all of the departments within the College of Engineering (excluding dual-affiliation departments such as Chemical Engineering and Agricultural Engineering) and well as the Graduate School of Library and Information Science, Mathematics, or Information Management departments. Any student majoring, minoring, or enrolled in a course within one of these departments is eligible to obtain Microsoft Imagine formerly DreamSpark software from WebStore. Faculty and research staff from these departments are also eligible. Additional usage and eligibility restrictions imposed by Microsoft can be found here.
A subset of the software is available to all students and faculty under the Microsoft Imagine Standard program.
Please contact your departmental IT staff with any questions about Microsoft Imagine enrollments.
