Webstore, Order shipment not received
I ordered my product for shipment and have not received it. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your package, please email us at webstore@illinois.edu to let us know.
For items shipped through the United States Postal Service, we’re required to wait three weeks before we can officially consider the package lost. If it still hasn’t arrived after that time, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement copy.
In the meantime, we recommend checking with your Mailroom or the person in charge of distributing mail in your building—sometimes packages arrive at the building but don’t make it to individual offices right away.
If you’re still unable to locate the package, just reach out and we’ll help arrange a replacement.
