Configure and use Remote Control
Remote Control allows IT Pros to view and control a Microsoft Windows session, regardless of whether a user is logged in or not. Connect to the endpoint with Remote Control when you need to assist a user while they are logged in. Remote Control is available when the endpoint is connected to a campus network (including the VPN).

Configure Remote Control client settings for your unit as per the following articles, and deploy the client settings to the relevant device collection
- Follow this guide to launch Remote Control
- To only view the endpoint's first screen, navigate to View --> Display --> First Screen
- Once you are connected to the endpoint, use the Action tab to lock out the remote keyboard and mouse
- Note that users are able to see the Remote Control session from their end

- To disconnect the Remote Control session and leave the user's session as-is, close the Remote Control Viewer window or select File --> Disconnect
