Kaltura, Error uploading from CaptureSpace

We retired Kaltura CaptureSpace on 13 August 2018. As of that date, Kaltura will no longer accept automatic updates from CaptureSpace, and users need to use Kaltura Personal Capture, and manually upload existing videos created in CaptureSpace.

As of 13 August, users trying to upload in CaptureSpace will receive an error: “There was an error uploading…”

Users should install and use Kaltura Personal Capture.  This can be done in the same way that CaptureSpace was installed, by choosing "Kaltura Personal Capture" from the "Add New" menu at, or when using Kaltura from inside Compass of Moodle.

If you have a recording made in CaptureSpace that you need to upload, you can access it locally and upload through mediaspace, Compass or Moodle.  To find the file, you can see where your local CaptureSpace files are by opening the program and looking under Settings > "Local File Storage Location."
