1. Ensure that your phone and Outlook app are both fully up to date. You may need to restart the device to ensure that any updates are fully processed.
2. This error is commonly seen for devices that are previously managed by another mobile application management service from another place of employment.
If the device was previously used and registered in another company's system or mobile devices, please reach out to the company in order to have them disconnect the device from their management system.
3. If the above is not applicable and the device does not have any other managed account, the error message is not a direct result of Outlook access. Please
ensure you are selecting Office365 or Exchange when adding your email account
