Zoom, Issues receiving verification emails
In the event you need to migrate an existing Zoom account into the UIUC Zoom tenant or to the Illinois PHI Zoom tenant, you will be prompted to verify you email address. Zoom will send an email from email@example.com which will allow you to approve this process.
In the event you're unable to find this email please consider the following:
- Check your spam and trash folders for messages from Zoom
- Review any inbox rules that may be routing this message to an alternative folder or separate email account
- Examine any routing rules you may have in place for external messages sent to your inbox at https://ede.techservices.illinois.edu
If you're unable to locate the Zoom verification email after you have checked the above considerations, please enter a ticket at help.uillinois.edu or 217-244-7000. Be sure to include the email address for the Zoom account in question and we will be able to assist you further.
