How do I check my voicemail? How do I change my voicemail settings or recorded greeting?
Check your voicemail in Teams
Your voicemail is a familiar tool for getting the most out of your calling experience in Teams. To access your voicemail, go to the Calls app > History section and then select Voicemail.
You can call someone back by hovering over a voicemail and selecting Call or by selecting More actions ... and choosing Call back. You can also chat the user back or select a number of other actions.
When you select a voicemail, you can review and access details and other information including the voicemail transcription.
Adjust your voicemail settings
To change your voicemail settings, select Settings and more ... next to your profile picture at the top of Teams and then choose Settings > Calls.
In the Voicemail section, click Configure voicemail. That's where you'll find all your voicemail settings, including how to record a new voicemail greeting.
To record a new voicemail greeting, select Record a greeting and follow the instructions to record your message.
