Status at Illinois, How to add/change your Unit's service(s)
This page provides guidance to questions about how service(s) are displayed in the Status at Illinois page and if/how you can adjust your Unit's service(s).
Please see below if you would like to add/change your Unit’s list of services displayed on Status at Illinois
For consistency of usage and interpretation across all hubs (UIUC, UIC, UIS, and U of I
System), only the system statuses of either System-wide (all campuses), campus-wide or
large population impacting services are listed in the main Groups on the Status at Illinois
public page. Nonetheless, Units can still add the system statuses of their services that do not
fit these criteria to the “Other Campus IT Services” Group on the public page. For Tech
Services customers, please refer to the service catalog for how services are to be grouped.
1. Visit the following link to submit a request for access using the Request Form to request
2. In the form, please list the services to add to Status at Illinois on behalf of your Unit. Please
provide the name and description of the system(s).
3. Tech Services Admin will review and process requests. Tech Services will be in touch if more
information is needed to process requests
