Skype for Business, Voicemail for role-based accounts

How do I check the voicemail of a role-based Skype account?

  1. Log onto Outlook Web Access at https://outlook.office365.com. You will see your Initials or your custom picture in the top right hand corner. 
  2. Click on your account picture (initials). Select Open another mailbox
  3. Type the name of the mailbox that was selected to act as a voicemail for this resource account. 
IT Pros who set up the mailbox will have to make sure that they have given you permission to access the mailbox. There is no password or user name to input; you can just open another mailbox that you have been given permission to access.
