U of I Box, NetID or name change

I've changed my NetID or name, and I have a U of I Box account. How do I have my account updated to reflect the change?

Name change only: 


Your U of I Box display name can be updated on the Account Settings Profile page. While logged in to U of I Box, please visit https://uofi.app.box.com/account/profile to update your information.

NetID change:


Your U of I Box account is updated for your new NetID shortly after your NetID is changed in our system.  If you are unable to access your U of I Box account, please contact the Technology Services Help Desk at (217) 244-7000 or consult@illinois.edu.
